Hello my name is Sk Abdul Aziz aged 76 years 

Residing in Memari, Dist.- Bardhhaman, West Bengal, India. I have had a manufacturing unit of agricultural implements in Kalsi, G T Road, under Memari block since 1982.

I born in an incorruptible village name Sonora under the Block of Memari -1 in a marginal farmers family in 1947. We were 9 brothers & sisters. Father was the only earning member of the family. He had only 3 acres of cultivated land and a small coal business. It was very tough to maintain the family with our food & clothing. My primary education was in a lower Basic school, then I went to Higher Secondary school at Memari named Memari V M Institution a Govt sponsored School. Then I became science Graduate from Itachuna College Hooghly in 1968. After Graduation getting no job started a retail rice shop and within 2 years shifted to paddy purchase & selling then went to start Chemical fertilizer business through a govt sponsored scheme named “Custom Hiring Centre ” getting Bank loan. In 1978 the entire Fertilizers & Pesticide was robbed by the robber. In this incident I was hopeless & strongly decided to make a manufacturing unit in1982. Initially we started to make Gate Grill Windows etc. That was the time of ongoing green revolution in India the farm mechanization was rapidly growing on. So, it was a scope to make some small agricultural implements for small farmers of West Bengal. As because the farmers of west Bengal were very small & marginal. I innovated a Tractor driven Rotavator in 1995. My business was scaled up 10 times. Then gradually I innovated another three items of agricultural implements such as Potato Planter, small Potato Harvester driven by Power Tiller, and automatic two row Self Propelled Potato Planter for the help of small & marginal farmers. Now we provide 5 no’s multi storied residential buildings, 30 acres of land, 3 factories, 10 motorcycles and 4 no’s 4-wheeler cars. Now also I am learning about the digital marketing ecosystem in Hindi from Digital Azadi School, to generate a multi-source of income.

হ্যালো আমার নাম এসকে আব্দুল আজিজ বয়স ৭৬ বছর

মেমারি, জেলা- বর্ধমান, পশ্চিমবঙ্গ, ভারতে বসবাস। আমার 1982 সাল থেকে মেমারি ব্লকের অন্তর্গত কালসি, জি টি রোডে কৃষি সরঞ্জামের একটি উত্পাদন ইউনিট রয়েছে।

আমি 1947 সালে মেমারি-1 ব্লকের একটি অখ্যাত সোনারা গ্রামের   একটি প্রান্তিক কৃষক পরিবারে জন্মগ্রহণ করি। আমরা 9 ​​ভাই বোন ছিলাম।

বাবা ছিলেন পরিবারের একমাত্র উপার্জনক্ষম সদস্য। তার মাত্র 3 একর চাষের জমি এবং একটি ছোট কয়লার ব্যবসা ছিল। আমাদের খাবার দিয়ে সংসার চালানো খুব কঠিন ছিল। আমার প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা একটি নিম্ন বেসিক স্কুলে, তারপর আমি মেমারীতে উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক বিদ্যালয়ে গিয়েছিলাম যার নাম মেমারী ভি এম ইনস্টিটিউশন একটি সরকারী স্পন্সর স্কুল। তারপর ইটাচুনা থেকে বিজ্ঞান গ্রাজুয়েট হলাম।

স্নাতক শেষ করার পর চাকরি না পেয়ে খুচরা চালের দোকান শুরু করি এবং 2 বছরের মধ্যে ধান কেনা বেচার দিকে চলে যাই,  ব্যাঙ্ক লোন পেয়ে “কাস্টম হায়ারিং সেন্টার” নামে একটি সরকারী স্পনসরড স্কিমের মাধ্যমে রাসায়নিক সার ব্যবসা শুরু করতে গিয়েছিলআম। 1978 সালে পুরো সার ও কীটনাশক চুরি করেছিল চোর। এই ঘটনায় আমি হতাশ ছিলাম এবং দৃর ভাবে 1982 সালে একটি উত্পাদন ইউনিট করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছিলাম।

প্রাথমিকভাবে আমরা গেট গ্রিল উইন্ডোজ ইত্যাদি তৈরি করতে শুরু করি। ভারতে চলমান সবুজ বিপ্লবের সময় ছিল খামারের যান্ত্রিকীকরণ দ্রুত ক্রমবর্ধমান। সুতরাং, পশ্চিমবঙ্গের ক্ষুদ্র কৃষকদের জন্য কিছু ছোট কৃষি সরঞ্জাম তৈরি করার সুযোগ ছিল। কারণ পশ্চিমবঙ্গের কৃষকরা ছিল খুবই ক্ষুদ্র ও প্রান্তিক। আমি 1995 সালে একটি ট্র্যাক্টর চালিত রোটাভেটর উদ্ভাবন করেছি। আমার ব্যবসা 10 গুণ বেড়েছে। তারপর ধীরে ধীরে আমি ক্ষুদ্র ও প্রান্তিক কৃষকদের সাহায্যের জন্য আলু রোপনকারী, পাওয়ার টিলার দ্বারা চালিত ছোট আলু হারভেস্টার এবং স্বয়ংক্রিয় দুই সারি স্বচালিত আলু রোপনকারীর মতো আরও তিনটি কৃষি উপকরণ উদ্ভাবন করি। এখন আমরা 5 টি বহুতল আবাসিক ভবন, 30 একর জমি, 3টি কারখানা, 10টি মোটরসাইকেল এবং 4 টি 4-হুইলার গাড়ির মালিক। এখন আমি ডিজিটাল আজাদী স্কুল থেকে হিন্দিতে ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং ইকোসিস্টেম সম্পর্কে শিখছি, যাতে আয়ের বহু-উৎস তৈরি হয়।
